Hi new friends! My name is Eddie, and I’m a little over a year old. My mommy and daddy tell me I was born in 2023 on Easter, whatever that means. Something to do with eggs, which makes sense that they like it because I also have lots of chicken friends to play with at home, and my parents really like them. I wasn’t even scared when they first brought me home because they were so nice, and I made so many friends quickly, and then we started having all kinds of amazing adventures together.
I do like being home sometimes, because I have a big sister named Holly that I love spending time with. My parents say she’s a Jack Russell. I don’t really know what the difference is, I just love playing with her. She doesn’t see so good anymore and I guess she’s pretty old, but my mom and dad say she’s still doing great, and that makes me really happy. I also live with a cat named Ellie that’s two and a half, and my parents just very recently got me my very own kitten named Gizmo. I really like playing with both of them, and my new kitty is so fun to keep clean and take care of.
My mom and dad have taught me so many things, and they even let me go to work with them where I get to sniff around and then I find what they call termites. They always get so happy when I find them. I don’t know why they like finding them so much, so I guess it’s just a fun game they play.
I mostly just like to be wherever my mom and dad go, and they have showed me how to do lots of different things that make them proud of me. They say these things have to do with “behavior”, but I just like being a good boy, and I really love when they call me their 100% good boy most of all. Mommy also says there are things I know how to do that really help her, and it makes me feel special when I can make her feel better when she needs me to. She says these things are called “Services”, but I just do it because I love her so much.
I live in a little town where mom and dad say “everyone knows everyone”, and I get to visit so many of my favorite friends and aunties around my town. They always give me yummy treats and cuddles and I also get to play with all of my dog friends. I think I’m pretty lucky to have been chosen by my mom and dad, and recently they took me with them to somewhere they called “International”. I had such a good time that they told me I needed to tell the world so that maybe other dogs and their parents can have us much fun as we did. My mom had to do a lot of research to be able to take me with her, so I want to help make it easy for everyone to get more information on how to travel, and also tell everyone all about the places I’ve been and highlight the things that made those trips memorable.
